Leonidas Apartments

The apartment location was ideal with free parking across the street. The host was attentive and friendly. The room was clean and had all basic amenities.

Soap or shampoo on the house would've been nice.

The property is at a great location, the host is so nice. This is a great place for a couple to stay and eat outside.

It was not suitable for a child, the couch was a bit dirty, there was not enough equipment to cook.

The apartment is located very close to the beach, it has a small kitchen with fridge and utensils, a stove but no oven. Everything was clean and tidy.

It was smaller than anticipated considering the price, the bed top covers were just a piece of single layer sheet with an old blanket, similar to what you find in a mountain hut. It was cold inside, colder than outside, not too strange for early May, but the air conditioner was struggling to keep it warm and during the night it was colder than i would have liked, especially considering the bed too sheets. For a double deluxe room, i was missing the double bed and my girlfriend and i were on separate single beds.

The host is amazing, you must meet him... His dad thinks that he knows "tavli", but he is also exceptional

It was perfectly clean. Perfect. Everything was so comfortable. Owners were so lovely. It is at seaside and sunrise was so good

There is a road on front. It can be a bit loud, but it was okey for us

The host is an extremely kind man, and the location is just perfect! Under the apartment there is a grocery store. But the best thing about this apartment is the magnificent view, especially early in the morning when you can watch the sunrise from your bed! I really enjoyed my stay and if I come again to Nea Peramos I will choose the same apartment!

The only thing that needs improvement is the furniture. And it would be nice to have a mirror in the room.

The view was great.

The first morning started with a loud noise from the upper floor. The host said they have to fix something so the noise countinued. Second and third day there was constant noise from the host and what appeared to be another guest. We could hear everything other people were doing. So, sleep after 8 in the morning wasn’t an option.

Wasn't clean enough, it was noisy. The owner never asked if we need anything.
