On The Beach Front Sea Spray

Property is very ould. Bedding burnt with looks like cigarette. Kitchen not clean I had to clean the air fryer

This beachfront condo has an outstanding location in a quiet, well-maintained building and grounds with a magnificent elevated view from the balcony across Table Bay to Table Mountain. Host Martin pinned the location for me the day of my arrival, and all I had to do was follow my Google Maps GPS right to the gate where the attendant let me in. The parking structure is secure and the space is conveniently near the elevator. Supermarkets, stores and local restaurants are within short walking distances, and the general area is very clean and tidy. I found this spot in Bloubergstrand to be a relaxed, less congested option than the immediate environs of Cape Town and would definitely stay here again.

The coastal boulevard fronting the building and separating ot from the beach area experiences a lot of commuter traffic during rush hours, but amazingly noise was not a problem.

TOWELS, CLEANLINESS. DIRTY WASHING WAS LEFT IN WASHING BASKET AND RUBBISH IN BIN IN KITCHEN. AFTER ENQUIRING ABOUT TOWELS AND BEEN TOLD THERE ARE TOWELS WE RECEIVED 1 DECENT TOWEL FOR THE 2 OF US AND WERE THEN TOLD TO USE THE BEACH TOWELS BY THE HOST. UNACCEPTABLE AFTER ENQUIRING. WHEN MARTIN READ MY REVIEW I WAS TOLD I AM A LIAR AND MARTIN WOULD BE GLAD NEVER TO SEE ME AGAIN. NOW HOW IS THAT FOR SERVICE

The view was great over the ocean and table mountain could walk right next to the beach on walkway for long distances. Central close to good restaurants and shops

The balcony is very small and the road infront off apartment are very busy at times.
