"Disappointing"

The location.

The couch was uncomfortable and we had to use the cushions of the bed to support the seating area. The kitchen drawer was missing. The bed was not very comfortable to sleep on it is in need of a new mattress. Someone's pizza was still in the microwave oven when we wanted to warm food. Furniture needs to be updated.

"Beside the hygiene and cleanliness of the unit our over all stay was good."

The location and view.

On arrival unit was dirty, sticky floors. The bathroom was dirty, there was pubic hair all over the tub, drain of tub was blocked that we had to unblock to shower, small dustbin was full of used female hygiene products (pads & tampons) that we had to clean ourselves that was a bit gross.
