Nice location, privat parking

Would appreciate more cleanliness and change of the sofa bed (not convenient for sleeping). Also, water in the pipes from the apartment above could be heard in the bedroom.

If you arrive at the property after 8PM, the agent will charge you 35 Euro, if you arrive after 10PM it will be 50 Euro.....I think they should state this on the Booking profile of the property.
