Two Fully Equipped Apartments and a Studio 5 miles from the beach

Property was fantastic. You could literally SMELL how clean it was upon entrance. Everything was perfect for two. Bed was comfortable and the a/c unit was quiet and worked exceptionally. Would absolutely recommend or stay at this location again!

Not a problem in the least bit but perhaps a suggestion to add curtains to the window that face connection portion of the property. The back light of connecting property shine quite bright even with blinds closed. But again not a problem.

We loved the whole experience. Perfect as a clean comfortable base to explore the area and we felt safe... As near to living the American dream we'll probably ever have staying on a street with people's actual homes.. kids playing outside, riding bikes, BBQ's going etc and really easy to get to Clearwater, St Petersburg, St Petes Beach, Fort Desoto and a million miles of pristine white sandy beaches... We will be back!

Dislike is a strong word.. but no kettle and the toilet brush could do with an update lol.. but we boiled a pan, sorted.. minor niggle, not a dislike.

A very quaint little apartment at the end of a quiet little street. A great place for a couple or a family with a small child. Just enough room for what you need to enjoy your stay the hostess fantastic they are there for every little thing that you may need give it a shot it’s worth the trip.

We loved the rental!! It is a GEM!!! If available, this rental will be our first choice whenever we are in St Petersburg. We have rented many properties in the area and this one by far is the best. Hope to return next year and for many years to come.

Location was great for what we needed, on our trip. Quiet area, no issues at all, and easy to get to/from other events/places. AC was nice and cold. Bed was comfortable. The unit was very clean. The instructions for checking in/out were easy. Everything worked fine. Great place for the value in this area.

The guest bedroom bunk bed seemed unstable. Some of the slats fell under it when sat upon. We put them back and we didn't use it to sleep, just to hold luggage. But the slats didn't seem long enough for stability if we did have guest for this room. The floor in the bath room is uneven. The house may need some level work done soon. Didn't effect us, just very noticeable. Parking is almost zero. One car per unit, which is fine. Overall not much to complain about.

The studio was so well done with lots of storage, comfortable bed, chairs, kitchen, outdoor seating and host was a sweetheart. All these made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Outdoor path was ocean shells. We tracked them inside pretty bad…had to continually sweep floors. Spoke with host…he plans to fix.
