A great place to stay! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and check-in was very easy. The host Juan was communicative and very kind, he gave us all the information we needed. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Short distances to the beach, restaurant, supermarket. Even beach equipment is provided. Great value for money!!! I recommend unreservedly. Thanks for wonderful days!

"A decent place to shower & sleep if you plan to be mostly out & about."

The price was excellent. The host was nice and communicated/responded well.

I am sharing this mainly for the host to consider for improvements towards future success. The kitchen wasn't appealing the appliances need to be updated the refrigerator was dirty on the outside & beat up, the stove had a sign on it that it was out of order. If we wanted to cook, we couldn't. We would have liked to wash our clothes, but the washer & dryer set up wasn't in a convenient location & I'm not sure if they were working. The bathroom being inside the bedroom. We had to be cautious of our son having to come into the bedroom if he had to use it. There were no washclothes and not enough towels were provided. It was 3 of us staying for an entire week, and only 3 towels were provided, but we learned from previous experiences to bring our own. No cable & wifi signal not strong enough to reach the Roku connected to the TV in the bedroom and barely stayed connected to the TV in the living area. It was not as comfortable for my family as others claimed it to be in their reviews. This unit should really only be advertised for up to 2 people. It was not fully equipped because some of the equipment could not be used.

The room was decorated very nice. It was clean and had all of the amenities you need for an extended stay. The host, Juan, was very professional and courteous. The location was close to the beaches and entertainment. We plan on staying here every time we come to the area. We would highly recommend this rental for everyone, families, couples, etc...

We had no problems or complaints with this rental...there was nothing we didn't like.
