Two Fully Equipped Apartments and a Studio 5 miles from the beach

Very clean

It was clean. Tv was good. The owner was prompt in answering. He was excellent with the plumbing issue.

The apartment is a jewel. It needs updated. New stove, restock your kitchen. Needs a comfortable couch.

Great location. Very clean property. Bathroom, kitchenette and bed linen we’re all well stocked and clean.

The only negative about the property is that the hot water was very limited. We were required to run the shower for about two minutes before the hot water would even begin.

Had 2 spaces per apartment. I was able to pull my 14 by 8 ft trailer in side ways and still leave room for 2 cars next to me .

Entire apartment was very cozy and clean, bed was great to sleep and in the kitchen there was everything we needed for preparing breakfast and simple meals. Owner was very helpful and nice,always responded very quickly.

Everything was great.

I loved, the location and the facility itself. It was clean and quiet. It had supplies and utensils and was well equipped. It was close to a lot of stores and shops and there were some awesome neighborhood kids that were very friendly with my grandchildren.

I don't have any complaints.
