Two Fully Equipped Apartments and a Studio 5 miles from the beach

Unfortunately we had some loud people drinking next door but the area was good and the rooms were very clean

We found the apartment to be comfortably appointed and spacious enough even for a prolonged (4 weeks ) stay such as ours. The neighbourhood is pleasant and felt very safe and the location is excellent. There's a convenience store within walking distance and countless restaurants, big stores and even Tyrone Square Mall within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Juan is an excellent host who checked on us to see that all was good and made himself available if we had any issues. We were apparently fortunate that a previous guest had connected Netflix and not cancelled it. If they had I assume we could have subscribed ourselves for a limited period.

There was a little confusion in the arrnagements to gain access to the property though this was largely my fault because I hadn't discovered my phone wasn't working properly in the States even though I had taken steps to see that it should. The kitchen wasn't too well equipped if we had intended to do a lot of cooking. Juan offered to buy anything we needed but frankly it was quicker and easier to go to a Dollar store and pick up everything we needed for about $20.

The place was nice and cozy. The owner was very informative and gave me all the instructions I needed to get in the apt. The place was as described. It was also nice and clean.

I understand that I lot of these places ask for cleaning and other fees, but it added almost $200 to price of the apt and considering the size of the place, I thought it was a little expensive. The bed in the "master bedroom" wasn't as comfortable or firm as I like, and the water pressure wasn't the greatest either.

I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment, which is at the front of the house. Overall, it was decent. Everything was clean. Nice kitchen (with cooking supplies) and bathroom. There are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Close to shopping areas.

Since the bedroom window directly faces the parking area, it was a bit noisy at bedtime sometimes. In general, the host technically responded fast but I felt like I had to inquire and send reminders more than I usually do.

It is in a beautiful area, with everything you need within a short drive. Gas, grocery, food and all! Beach is within 25 minutes, and the neighborhood isn't busy, or anything. Privacy in the back, great parking, and overall a wonderful spot. Beautiful set of rooms, never dealt with any annoyances or issues. Would 100% stay again.
