"Exceptional"

Nice quiet neighborhood, many places to eat, malls are located close by. Short drive to Tampa or clear water. Comes with everything you could possibly need in the apartment. Will 100% stay here again when traveling.

Nothing. Perfect place to stay, have 0 complaints. Highly recommended whether you are coming alone or with children. Easy rules to follow that are posted on the side of the fridge.

This is a hidden gem! So much bang for your buck! The host was exceptional and answered in a timely manner anytime we contacted them. Cannot express how amazing our experience was. Thank you for taking good care of us while we were on vacation!

"Close to beach and St. Pete. Great value for our family."

The property was clean and updated looking. All the appliances worked great. They let us use their beach umbrella, chairs, and cooler. 15 min to the beach or downtown St. Pete. Bunk bed in second bedroom was great for our kids.

Thought updated looking it was a vintage home. One of the plugs did not work correctly and the front door was worn and hard to work. The TV remote was not linked to the TV so we had to figure out the buttons which were very confusing.

"I enjoyed my stay, it felt homey, and safe. It was clean, and not crowded. Very nice place."

The location of the property is close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. It is in a quiet area with lots of treesed properties. I felt safe being outside even in the evenings. There's a patio out back if your not up to going out. I would definitly stay there again.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like about the place.
