Clean, convenient, good communication, well equipped. Friendly helpful owners, Code door entry so easy to access for late arrival. Parking on site.

Easy access and nicely laid out. The garden was a lovely bonus especially as I visited with my 2 children.

Location

Perfect flat for staying away for work for 6 nights. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The host Nathan kept in touch with instructions for arriving and was available nearby if anything was required. Great host.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional behavior displayed by the owner of the establishment during my recent stay. Despite prior communication regarding the 11 am checkout time, the owner knocked on the door in an aggressive manner, causing discomfort for myself, my wife, and our two young children, aged 6 and 7. Furthermore, I had previously informed the owner that I do not have access to the booking app and requested that all communication be directed to my registered mobile number, to which he agreed. However, this request was not adhered to, resulting in further inconvenience. Additionally, the sofa bed provided was uncomfortable and lacked proper bedding, making it unsuitable for sleeping. While an extra quilt was available, it was insufficient to ensure a comfortable night's rest. I kindly request that these issues be addressed to ensure a more professional and satisfactory experience for future guests.
