Limpeza péssima, mau cheiro, teia de aranha, roupa de cama bem suja e colchão tbm, necessário a troca de alguns utensílios como a tampa do vaso sanitário, não indico o aluguel do apto enquanto não for feito uma boa limpeza e alguns ajustes, forte cheiro de cigarro, precisei comprar algumas coisas para amenizar o cheiro ruim e fazer limpeza para poder utilizar o apto, se vc for acertar o valor com o do o do apto fique ligado ele cobra taxa de cartão !!

O anfitrião solicito, nos atendeu no horário agendado. O prédio tem um bom sistema de segurança. O elevador dá acesso a garagem. Chaves com sistema de cofre.

O custo da garagem é a parte. O prédio tem um bom sistema de segurança, elevador. Prédio em boa localização. Não gostei do apto. Diria que é enjambrado... A cozinha tem equipamentos antigos, velhos. Os travesseiros altos com muito cheiro de bolor. Toalha de banho bem surrada. O banheiro estava com azulejo bem sujo. Infelizmente, não voltaria, em que pese o anfitrião gentil e a excelente localização do prédio.
