As acomodações e a estrutura do imóvel. Banheiro, poderia trocar ao menos a tampa do vaso. Roupa de cama e banho devem ser trocadas tb.

O proprietário cancelou quando entrei em contato para me informar sobre onde pegar as chaves. Não encontrei outro lugar com o mesmo valor pois já estava muito em cima da hora. Gerou ônus financeiro. Difícil lidar com a falta de comprometimento de quem oferece seu imóvel.
