The apartment is in a great location. It’s fully equipped with everything you need both in the kitchen and elsewhere - SkyTV was an added bonus. Very modern, decor was lovely. Excellent shower and really comfortable bed.

Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, nice and cool in the bedroom as it was downstairs. Jane said it stays cozy in the winter too. Very close to the seafront, although I wasn’t here for a holiday.

A warning if you have any compromise to your mobility and stairs, they are very steep and the toilet is upstairs, also transporting luggage down could be an issue. If you don’t have any problems then the property is highly recommended.

A fantastically well-appointed and comfortable apartment in the heart of Great Yarmouth and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and amusement area. The courtyard was great late in the afternoon with a beer! The owners were lovely and Jane met us on arrival to show us everything we needed to know. I would recommend this apartment to any travellers to North Yorkshire

The stairs down to the living area and bedroom are a challenge.

Very equipped with all we required for our stay. Bed very comfortable and very nice bedding and decor. Blackout blinds very useful for a good sleep. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

The steep stairs was a bit weary, had to walk very slowly going up and down them as the stair rail not easy to grip on being a block bar instead of a gap between rail and wall.
