Good location

Not very clean, limescale covered shower, bed linen not matching, old towels

Crockery dirty, coffee maker needed descaling, so couldn't use, complimentary milk in fridge but it was already open, fitted sheet in main bedroom didn't fit bed and was uncomfortable and mattress didn't fit bed either, the outside umbrella was covered in mildew, also couldn't get "normal" tv to watch the football - not a good experience for the money we paid for the night. It was a shame as the flat could be amazing as the space is incredible - attention to detail!

Very convenient location and parking was easy. Very comfortable bed and the facilities were great. Friendly hosts who went above and beyond to help us. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend.

Although not a massive problem for us as young adults, there were many steps to get to the loft (as expected). If you struggle walking then this is just something to note but not a problem for us at all. Also to note, the apartment was quite warm as it was on the top floor on a very hot few days however the hosts were very helpful in providing us with a fan to cool down the bedroom so, again, not a massive negative at all but something to note.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Leamington.

Just a personal opinion but the bed in the master bedroom was far too soft for me.

Great location, very friendly helpful owner who met us with the keys. Nice to have more than just a hotel room with kitchen facilities and a living area.

The shower needs replacing. The hose was split so the water just came out of that so almost impossible to use.

Everything. Fully equipped, comfortable, perfectly located, faultless.
