Well, the only thing I didn't like is that when we asked for something we had to go down to get it. If they could have that as a request to fix the intercom to open the door from above, I think that's the only convenience that's missing

We met Alain to pick up the keys and he arranged free parking for us during our time in Leamington Spa. It was great the host met us so he could answer any questions we had. There was also a bottle of milk in the fridge we could use during our stay as well as tea and a coffee machine. It was nice to have necessities like these in the flat.

We were on the second floor, so it could get a bit warm when it's hot. But there are portable air cooling machines provided for you to use. We didn't try these as my husband doesn't like sleeping with these on at night. I'm sure they work great!

Fabulous location - super clean and bright and spacious. We had the loft apartment. Suitable for 3 people. Smooth check in and very responsive. Quiet location and close to so many wonderful cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend.

A key box would have been easier but getting a tour of the property with the owner was useful

The kitchen was a bit short on space

Nice flat, well equipped, perfect for 2 people, close to city center and parks

Everything was fine! Just 2 remarks: A travel plug adapter would be appreciated In flat #3, quite steep steps to access to the living area
