A well equipt apartment. Lovely welcome from Alain, who kindly helped us get parked. Very comfortable stay and plenty warm enough on a cold night. Cleaner came as expected the following day and was also very friendly. Thank you to Alain and team, we look forward to staying again in the future.

Really nice stay. The condition of the property was in keeping with the location, Leamingtons iconic town centre buildings. Lovely views and just what we were after.

When my wife got into bed, she got a shock. This should not happen. See picture.

Dale Street Garden apartment is in an absolutely fantastic location. It's a very easy 5-10 minute walk to just about everywhere in Leamington Spa. We were two blocks from a Vue cinema, 2 minutes from restaurants and cafes, 5 minutes from shops and there was a bonus Sunday market when we visited. The downstairs is a large open plan space with a farmhouse style kitchen and a big table which easily seats six to eight people. The attached lounge area is smaller, seating perhaps three on the sofa and one armchair, but is comfortable and the television is big! There is a garden attached, small but sunny, and it gave additional access out the back of the apartment. There is also a bathroom with shower and a utility room (which we didn't use, this is locked and only opened for those staying for a longer period). Upstairs were two bedrooms, one very generously sized with an ensuite complete with jacuzzi bath and a smaller double room which was nevertheless comfortable. The entire apartment was very clean and well maintained.

This is a personal taste response - the apartment is furnished in an eclectic style with a range of furniture styles. I found the various ornaments interesting and they were drawn from a range of countries, religions and approaches. I suspect if the downstairs had a more modern feel more people might be drawn to the place, but I would strongly recommend this apartment anyway - it's clean, comfortable, a fantastic location and the host (Alain) is a delight.
