"Great location but apartment was disappointing."

Fantastic location

Nice sized rooms but the bathroom had a very rusty radiator and lights. Flat was very dusty and smelt fusty.

"Beautiful property, lovely facilities and fantastic location!"

The property is absolutely beautiful and gorgeously decorated and has everything you need for a great stay! It looks even better than the photos and was so cosy. It’s perfectly located to explore Leamington Spa and close to lovely food places and cafes. The host was lovely and made us feel so welcome.

"Friendly host and great location"

We were upgraded and were provided with an extra parking space. The host Alain left us milk and some bottled water. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Friendly helpful host. Good kitchen and living room facilities.

Shower was broken. Shower head held together with a tie wrap. Under toilet seat not clean.
