Town Centre Apartment

Convenient to town. The host was very nice, bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Wasn’t very clean and a little run down. dusting needs to be done better, and some areas need updating. Curtains that close in living room would be better.

A nice, quiet apartment close to the centre, nice street, good communication prior to handover, will stay again.

Location and amenities. Alain is a great host, I always choose here when I’m in town.

Alain went above and beyond has a host, the property is well situated for town center and day trips around the area. The milk and wine was a great bonus and Alain was available as a super host to make our stay amazing and enjoyable. Polite and friendly, a gentleman through, With a smile that said, “Don’t worry, I’ll sort it for you.” His apartment? Amazing — we’re talking top tier. Liam claimed the sofa, Jack cracked open a beer. The place was spotless, comfy, and stylish as well, (We’re still trying to work out how good it smelled!) From check-in to checkout, smooth as can be, Nothing was too much — not even Jack’s tea spree. Alain kept it easy, relaxed, and so chill, Even Liam said, “I’d move in here… if I could pay the bill.” So cheers to our host, who made our stay grand, With Leamington’s best pad in all of the land. We’re grateful, we’re happy, we’ll say it again: A massive thank you, monsieur super-host Alain! Jack and Liam. Many thanks.

Parking permit. Spacious clean apartment. Very comfortable bed. We appreciated the extras, such as coffee, tea, milk, flavoured water. The wine was the icing on the cake. Alain is a gracious host. Highly recommended. .

Central location, welcoming host, all amenities as advertised, cosy and comfortable..

The apartment is spotless in a superb location. The host can be easily reached and is always happy to help. This is not my first time there, and it will not be the last.
