Excellent location right in the heart of Leamington, and with a VERY good little bakery right next door (nice place for breakfast), there's on-street parking available or alternatively the St Peter's multi-storey is only a few minutes' walk away.

Alain was a very friendly host. He helped us carry our bags from to and from our car and up and down a flight of stairs. Great location

We were put in a replacement apartment as ours was double booked and weren't warned until opened the front door of the replacement.. The replacement apartment was supposed to be an upgrade. It had all the amenities listed for booked apartment but it was extremely outdated and cluttered. The carpet in the kitchen was held down by duck tape and the towel rail in the bathroom was rusted. There was a table in the middle of the kitchen which took up too much space and made it difficult to move around. Table wasn't necessary as there was another one in the lounge area. If that was an upgrade I'd hate to see my original apartment.

The host greeted me upon my arrival and was very kind and helpful. During my stay the host was always available for questions, and offered to help with things like mail delivery and recommendations.

Alain was a brilliant host and could not have been more helpful. Thank you to him and Tristan for going out of there way and even taking us to the wedding we were attending! The apartment is ideally situated to the town and all the restaurants.

The apartment decor is a little outdated but this did not in any way spoil our stay - it would be amazing if the apartment was modernised.

The location is perfect for ease of access to Leamington Town Centre, Warwick Castle and Birmingham Airport. Alain was very responsive to queries and a very helpful host - he even gave me a lift to the train station in the day I left which was very kind of him.

The shower is a little bit claustrophobic, but manageable.

The Location was extremely good. It was just in the middle of the town center and access to all amenities . Tesco , CO-Op, M&S , Is all just walkable distance . Bus Stop & Railway Station are 5 minutes walk away. Abundant Kitchen vessels for even hosting parties :D :) The Bay window in Living area is amazing.

The Stay is perfectly good for a very short business trips. The Toilet / Bathroom is very small . Typical issue with every temporary accommodation in UK region.
