"Wonderful little place in a superb location to enjoy Leamington Soa"

location was amazing comfortable bed and sofa gorgeous window seat coffee machine!

There were no cooking implements -spatchalars wooden spoons etc which made serving eggs particularly difficult! we had to pre wash some of the oven trays 😳

"Great location but wouldn’t stay there again"

Location was excellent

Towels, 1 towel which I would have used to dry a dog. Oven was dirty. Shower was tiny, couldn’t raise my leg to wash my feet and I am slim.
