Ocean View Cactus I , over Los Cristianos, Playa las Vistas

We loved the location - very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a large sheltered balcony that gets the sun all day. Loungers are provided so this was perfect on the sunny but cool windy days. Everything is provided to ensure you have a lovely stay.

There are several sets of steep steps to reach the property but this can also be accessed,via a longer walk following the road. The steps are a lot quicker though.

I had great comms with Laci on the run up to the holiday and he organised a transfer to the apartment, where he was able to give us early access upon arrival. He and Eva kindly remained available on Whatsapp but the initial familiarisation was very clear and the apartment well equipped, so their assistance was not required. The highlight is the large, deep balcony with a lovely (partial) view of the bay and Los Cristianos beneath you. There is space for a very large table and sunloungers. There also a full length roller awning that provides good shade if the sun becomes too fierce and a dedicated fridge/freezer. Needless to say, we spent the majority of our time outside! And I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend the apartment to others.

Everyone who has been to Tenerife before will be all too familiar with it's famous hills. The location of this apartment is fantastic in my opinion. If you come out the bottom door of the complex, you only have to drop a couple of "levels", down two conveniently aligned stairways, to Avenue de Suecia, where you can buy provisions and the bars and restaurants begin. From there, you only have to descend a little bit more to the beach. In terms of straight line distance, it really isn't very far. But it is quite steep and if you have mobility issues, this may become wearing over a longer stay.

A wonderful apartment in a great location, with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. The owners are lovely and friendly, which enhanced my holiday even more.

Overall, bargain in comparison with other properties in the same area. Hosts very welcoming. Great view. A stone throw from everything you need in every direction.

Could do with a some TLC and a lick of paint but then they could charge double. Really no complaints. Nice stay

Wonderful cozy apartment in a great location. The terrace is absolutely lovely, very spacious, perfect for sunbathing or having a quiet, relaxing drink in the evening. The view from the terrace is fantastic, the swimming pool is great, clean and not too busy, felt very private. Many thanks to our host Laci for airport transfers!
