Best thing was the location of the aprtment. Right at Cristianos beach. Communication with the host and assistant was also very good.

Apartment was poorly equipped. After 3-4 days we ran out of trash bags. The host didn't want to bring us new bags, which I think should be the minimum when the price is almost 150€ per night.

- Location was close to the beach, restaurants, cafes (Recommend Oops Bubble Café) - Comfortable bed

- Security – the bedroom window could not be locked and the balcony door lock could not be opened / closed. We wanted the locks fixed but were told this was not an option, the only option was padlocks. This is not the most safe or secure option but we were left with no alternative. - Furniture neglected. Chairs were torn. We only noticed the broken chair on the balcony a few days into the holiday because we did not sit on the balcony. This was because the balcony door was exceptionally difficult to open (heavy), the balcony faced on to a road and carpark (not exactly a relaxing view) and the broken part of the chair was hidden by a cushion. - Needed a good clean - The floor and skirting boards throughout were dusty and dirty, the towel stand had heavy amounts of dust. Shower seals and grouting degraded. The kettle was disgusting and was replaced a few days later. We declined the cleaners coming back as they would be the same cleaners who were supposed to have cleaned the apartment originally.
