Perfect location, close to the center. Supermarkets, restaurants near by. Kemo, the boss always available, and very helpful. Nice living room and kitchenette, balcony with harbor view.

Air condition is badly missing sometimes. The pool is available from 11 to 19 only, If you want sunbeds, you have to queue up at 11! Only Spanish TV channels. Long walk with the waste, the hotel has no containers.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this property, the apartment (202) was comfortable and spotlessly clean, it had all the facilities for a self catering holiday although there was no need to do much cooking because of the excellent cafe’s and restaurants close by. The free Wi-Fi was very good and easily coped with our firestick on the flat screen tv. The complex itself was very quiet with an excellent swimming pool with free sun beds and umbrellas. There were two super markets very close by, they were a little expensive but ok for essentials like bread, milk. and water etc. It was in easy walking distance of local beaches and some great restaurants. If you’re into Indian and Chinese food the Tandoori Hut and the Emperor Chinese are well worth a visit. The bedroom of the apartment was spacious with a very comfortable bed, there is no air conditioning but there was a large fan that was quite sufficient to cool you down. The host Kemo met us on arrival and was very welcoming and helpful should there be any problems. The view from this apartment was not the best but we realised this when booking so it was not a problem. People booking should realise that there are a few apartments available and they all have a different view, there are two or three apartment photographs included in the main advertisement.

Nothing, the apartment was excellent.

The view was exceptional, towards the ocean and the host was really nice and helpful. We were in touch with Kemo (the host) before arriving so we synced perfectly (he speaks English very good). The apartment has all the amenities in the description: cuttlery, hair dryer, everything you need for the kitchen part, fridge, toaster, washing machine (big plus if you're travelling with just a backpack). The sofa in the living room can be extended into a bed. Location is great and easy to reach from Los Cristianos bus terminal (7-8min walk). Garbage has to be taken outside to dedicated places. You have several supermarkets close, basically across the street. The building also has a swimming pool, but there's barely anyone there when you have such nice beaches close by. The area is quiet at night so nothing to complain about. We really felt at home and would recommend it to anyone especially for a familly stay. Btw: we also had the opportunity to get some beach umbrellas and towel for free, from our host, but we didn't need them due to our schedule. However, that's pretty rare and much appreciated.

I really can't say there was something I didn't like. We had a small problem with the dishwasher, but Kemo offered to fix it - however it didn't impact us in any way. Cable TV reception is not great, but again not a real impact for us since we weren't in Tenerife to watch TV - just letting it play some music in the morning. All I can say is that if there's anything bothering you at all, just tell Kemo and he'll take care of it.

Location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, clubs. But also nice and quite if we wanted. The pool was really nice. The apartment was great, clean. Had everything we needed. This really exceeded our expectations.

Only the balcony had no sun.

We were in touch with them throughout our vacation, which was really helpful. - the swimming pool was really nice, and we spent time there during the day when the sun on the beach was too hot for us. - the building in general has plenty of space inside, which helps keep the apartment cool. This was a really nice surprise for us.
