Уютные, чистые апартаменты. Чудесный вид на океан. Много приятных и необходимых мелочей. Стиральные кубики, спички, много кухонных принадлежностей, вода (комплимент) в номере в день приезда, соль и специи, пляжные полотенца - всё это мелочи, но очень приятно, когда о них уже кто-то позаботился. Шкафчик с полочками для обуви - приятно, когда в номере обувь прибрана, а не валяется при входе. На балконе можно натянуть нити сушилки для белья. Чувствуется, что об удобстве гостей думали. Нам всё понравилось.

Вечером начинает работу караоке-бар напротив и песни льются рекой до самого позднего вечера. Возьмите с собой шумо-поглощающие наушники, если вам это не нравится.

The apartments are fully consistent with the photos, everything is thought out, comfortable and cozy. The location is close to many cafes, restaurants and markets.

The first thing that catches your eye is the condition of the building itself (or rather, the entrance), built in 1975 (very roughly), but you get used to it over time. The karaoke that is mentioned in all the reviews was turned off at 11:45, so for our family it was quite acceptable, because we go to bed somewhere around 12 o'clock. It is clear that all of the above is not the fault of the apartments themselves, but they create a general picture of impressions

Appartamento in posizione fantastica, edificio tranquillo fronte mare e centro città facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Una pulizia eccellente, la host gentilissima. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la serratura della porta d'ingresso e lo stesso giorno della nostra segnalazione è arrivato il fabbro ad aggiustarla.

Manca il forno a microonde.

Location

Location was great. The grocery shop was just across the street. Los Cristianos beach is also nearby. We liked the view of the ocean from the balcony.

No AC in the apartment. We had to sleep with open window in the bedroom, otherwise it was too hot. That would not be something critical, but nearby karaoke bar was noise polluting every evening until midnight. So you have to choose between silence and fresh breeze of air. The bed matrass was also very hard (and I like the harder ones) and already worn out, having dip in the middle section. As an easy sleeper (lay down, close my eyes, sleep), I had issues while trying to have a quality sleep there. Somehow I missed the fact that there was no Wi-Fi, which is basic necessity nowadays. Also keep in mind limited parking space around Costamar building. Private parking was not available at the moment as the owner owning more than one flat had only one access key for parking.

The apartment was clean, with a cooker and hob. The lifts and reception were clean and well managed. Having the washing machine was really a godsend. A few minor things which was annoying, but on the whole a great place to short stay at.

There was no microwave to use. The outdoor seating could be more comfortable. The washing lines really were a nusance, a clothes stand would be better use. The noise from street bars is annoying, but that doesnt make a differance.to the apartment stay

Everything is great! We'll definitely come again. Clean, comfortable, everything we need for life! Very comfortable bed. Wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean.

In the evening you can hear karaoke from the next bar. But not for long, around 11 they stop
