Apartment Los Cristianos

The apartments location and view from the balcony was excellent. Ania who met us at the apartment couldn’t have done more. The place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything required to cater at the apartment.

An extractor fan in the shower/ toilet area is much needed. Even though there is a washing machine a spare set of bed linen and spare towels would be good if staying like us for more than one week as these are not changed. There is the constant noise carrying out maintenance of the building as it an old building during the day, however this is no reflection on the actual apartment itself as it is very good.

We had a magnificent stay at this apartment at Costamar. Apartment was very clean with a fresh renovation. Nearly all the necessities were provided - for a family with a small child it was very important for us. The absolute highlight of this apartment is the balcony view on the sea and mountains! We also loved the location - very calm and quite (except some noice from the karaoke bar in the evening which did not disturb us too much after closing windows (we stayed in December so it was not too hot).

It would be great to have coffee machine and a microwave, other than that all was great.

Nice, clean appartaments. Pretty comfortable bed, good furniture, nice balcony with a see view. Good location for walking - has a long promenade with restaurants, shops, hotels etc. along the see coast at one side, and nice cliffs and hills for more extreme foot tourism on the other. Have a couple supermarkets in the near (one, actualy at the same building with appartaments). Hostess was also very nice and we had no problems with checkin/checkout.

1. For me, the main drawback was the karaoke bar across the street. Every evening until midnight, and sometimes longer, there were a variety of hits sung very loudly and absolutely awfully. I thought my ears will bleed. So if you are searching a quiet place to rest at the evening - this is defenitely not the one. 2. No Wi-Fi - make sure you have some good mobile internet packet with you. 3. No coffee machine - only broken french press. 4. Bathroom equipment need some repair. The shower head is broken and can fall on your head. The faucet in the sink needs a new aerator.

I know and love this area. I have stayed at Costamar before with other owner, so i know the building as well. This is the best Apartman i have stayed at in this building. The lady who gave us the key was very nice, check in was very fast and easy. Furnitures are in new condition. Kitchen has all utilities for cooking, dishwashing liquid and sponge, cleaning up and extra binliners too. Free bottle of white wine and large bottle of water was waiting for us as well. Oven new and very strong. There was shampoo and shower gel hair dryer, washing detergent beach towel in Bathroom to use. Also there is some a tablegame, and bucket&showel for kids to play in the sand on the beach., that is a nice touch. I really liked the balcony furniture. Loved chilling there early morning with coffee and after a busy day watch the stars. View is mixed mountain and sea. Pools and pool area are nice!! All people so nice in the building. We will be back. Thank you!

No internet. A bit stuffy not possible to sleep with closed window. Loud karaoke singing everyday across the street until midnight. No toaster.

Best location, walking distance to all facilities, sea-front, what we love most is sea front balcony...will definitely come back :) Anna who handed over key to us very friendly and helpful.
