The outside space was amazing, so much room on the balcony. Lots of storage space and ideal kitchen.

Sorry but the bathroom was disappointing. Needed updating.

Great view, and happy with the apartment and its facilities, (be nice to have some egg cups) and thank you for allowing us to stay till 12pm , pool area great, plenty of sun beds. Loved the views and watching the sun set, Amazing weather for December

After a very long journey, when we got there we had no idea where was was going, i had previously sent an email asking if the apartment number was 4 (Calle Sierra Nevada) and i was told "we're happy to confirm this", so we found Number 4 apartment and had no way of getting in. Our phones did not work after arriving in Tenerife, so we did not receive your WHATS APP message (that you had sent on the day of arrival, of the actual apartment number till we logged in on YOUR wifi. This message should have been sent the day before, to prevent it being very stresful. We are lucky that the office was open on Boxing day to help call you to find the apartment number, be a good idea to help others in future, by informing them of the apartment number in advance.
