So many ants in the kitchen, I didn't want to cook there 😞 SO MUCH construction noise in the apartment above, from 9-15 a clock, it was almost unbearable to be in the apartment at that time. It would be good to know, you have to empty the bucket on the balcony from the air-conditioning, and you have to watch it so it won't overflow 😏 It would be nice to have a key to the bars on the balcony, so it would be ok to have the balcony door open during the night, it was so hot inside, even with the air-conditioning.

It was quite, has a huge terrace and air conditioning.

Maybe the pool needs some clean but it’s not the apartment duty.

The apartment is very bright, very comfortable, and feels like a home. Although the complex is high in the hill above Los Cristianos of you come in the main entrance opposite the Beverly Hill Heights complex, it is completely level with no steps between entrance, pool and apartment. There is an excellent, very reasonably priced restaurant called Bella Roma on the corner of the complex just below the entrance selling everything from pizza and pasta to steak. Cocktails were under €5, a jarra was €2.60. Many meals were under €10 and very generous portion sizes. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. Lovely pool, plenty of sun loungers and sun shades. We never saw more than 5 people there. Pool is very clean and heated. Plenty of taxis available outside and also a bus stop. The complex is very peaceful, no noise from roads or entertainment and has spectacular views. There is a shopping centre and plenty of restaurants within a quarter of a mile. Excellent communication with host and host's representative. Responses received within minutes. We were notified as soon as the apartment was ready, so we're able to get in early.

You need to be aware that the complex is at the top of a steep hill. However taxis are numerous and will be less than €5 to/from the sea front. There are also buses down to Bus station. The complex is very peaceful but some may find it too quiet. For us, it was the perfect end to a hectic 2 week holiday.

Really spectacular view from the terrace, quite un peaceful place for sleepover. Very good place for lazy relaxing. We also had a sheet for a beach.

At the start there were water temperature problems, because boiler was adjusted to lower heat, but with apartment manager we figured this out. Very small kitchen zone.

What a lovely retreat looking over Los Cristianos, The apartment was lovely and clean and the bed linen smelt wonderfully fresh, All you need is there to be self sufficient during your stay. Highly recommend,even if it is only to watch the sun going down over the bay. Fantastic.

Nothing to dislike here unless you got nothing better to do than to look for faults.
