Lovely, spacious apartment in a very quiet area.

Some of the features could do with updating as look a bit worn. But otherwise a nice stay!

It’s not a sea view as advertising. Too expensive. We don’t know that we will be charged THB1500 more as tax/fee. With pricing THB34xx + tax/fee THB 1500, we can book hotel nearby where have the breakfast.

Grande résidence avec accès direct à la plage préservée et grandes piscines. Environnement calme. Appartements très confortables avec des jolies attentions à notre arrivée. Parking gratuit. Un peu décentré donc pour des personnes qui cherchent le calme. Petit resto sur la plage à quelques pas ou resto d’un grand hôtel juste un peu plus loin. Cabane de massages fantastique sur la plage. Une vraiment chouette adresse si vous cherchez le calme à Phuket

Dommage qu’on ne peut pas se baigner le soir dans les piscines, au moins celle qui est devant vers la plage. Plus de chaises longues et surtout de l’ombre serait bienvenu

Просторная, чистая квартира со всем необходимым, находится в красивом и современном комплексе с несколькими большими бассейнами, ухоженной территорией и рядом с морем. Неподалеку есть кафе, можно гулять по длинному песчаному пляжу.

The property is well kept and maintained. It appears this is a residential area with many units being purchased for long term stay and retirees. The local (Thai staff) were friendly and warm

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a huge banner that stated jail time for visitors on short stay. The reception manager that appears to me non-local was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He stated this is not a hotel and without a pin no to access the unit- he cant help us. When i checked booking.com no information was shared to me on this manner. I called repetitively and about 30-40 minutes later we received the access code from the unhelpful and rude reception manager. When i asked about the sign regarding jail time- the manager said not to worry but if the authorities come- he will need to report us. This made the stay very stressful. Night 2 and 3, the AC in the master bedroom was not working and we were sleeping drenched in our own sweat. The PIC on booking.com claimed someone was in to check but the AC was still not working. The worst was upon check out- i received another concerning message “whats going on?”and a picture of a crack on the wall above us next to the AC vent. I was being blamed for a structural crack- thats crazy!! It was likely the techinician but it was made to look like that I cracked the ceiling: this was the most ridiculous stay in Thailand to date in over 20+ years visiting

It was very quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

There was not much shade over the sun beds throughout the property.

Úžasný krásny čistý a kľudný rezort so super bazénmi. Priamo na krásnej a čistej pláži. Apartmán je veľmi priestranný, plne vybavený, čistý a moderne zariadený. Veľmi sme si pobyt užili, ďakujeme ❤️
