Baan Mai Khao

Отличные комфортные апартаменты с двумя спальнями. Чисто. Все необходимое есть. Пляж близко и очень красивый. Людей не много. Бассейнов достаточно. Детям очень понравилось играть в футбол в соседнем отеле Ренесанс. Есть шатл до магазина. Никаких вопросов к хозяину не было. Отдохнули прекрасно.

We always like to stay in this property as it’s well arranged prior to arrival, utensils in the apartment are always well prepared, comfortable temperature of the apartment and of course the views. The views overall, the swimming pool, the sea- the perfect spot to rewind and relax and forget about daily routine. Will definitely be back again!👏☀️

This time the fridge wasn’t working well for a while (which didn’t impact our stay) as it was fixed within minutes.

L’intera struttura è spettacolare e molto curata. Tutte le vasche con acqua sono piscine utilizzabili dagli ospiti. Il mare è a due passi e a fianco della struttura sono presenti un paio di ristoranti aperti a tutti. L’appartamento era ampio e confortevole, la cucina ben attrezzata.

Posizione perfetta rispetto al mare ma un po’ isolato dal centro del “villaggio” che richiede una buona mezz’ora a piedi. Sono però presenti taxi e navette.

This is an apartment. There's no staff here and ideally they shouldn't be offering one night stays. They are just not equipped for it. There's no staff, eating close-by is restaurants at Renaissance hotel, no markets nearby. If you need anything you are just out of luck :)

The location of the property is amazing, right at the beach, 2 bedrooms so big enough for a small family. It has a kitchen if you want to do a bit of cooking

There can be done some small upgrades to make this apt worth the money. All the lamps were broken, replace the ones that are not working in the living room and bedroom. Put black out curtains in the master bedroom. The current curtains are so bright you wake up every time the sun comes up, toaster is not working, make sure you clean/replace towels every two days, even if it’s just a quick sweep. Add an additional chair on the balcony, currently there is only one.
