Baan Mai Khao

It’s near to beach and more like it has private beach.

Some how I missed to notice that it’s just a condominium. No service and no restaurant nearby. I stayed there for 4 days and in one of those days, someone entered the unit (most probably owner but neither owner of the unit it not security personnel confirmed that) and placed TV in master bedroom. And i wasn’t notified about this, which is troubling.

Booking.com did NOT advertise this as an Airbnb as wouldn’t have booked Up until 15 minutes to check in was under impression keys at reception only to be met with blank response and told you should have got an email - luckily could go onlineandcfndca code plus the apartment number to get us in Apartment had only toilet paper plus a bottle of water and was over 3 km to nearest shop Luckily it was only 2 pm otherwise a disaster Kitchen poorly kitted out so forget self catering Others have made similar comments but obviously to no avail The view of sea is only from entrance to lift so sold under false pretences!

Location, atmosphere around the property, pool, gym facilities

may be in the room we stayed second bathroom sliding door between toilet and shower wasn’t really fixed and was going back and forth ( sliding) the rest was all excellent

Nice hotel and pools

No food at venue and reception doesn’t open until 9am

Amazing. So tranquil and peaceful. Very clean and easy to check in and out. Lovely host
