"Very private and relaxing place for a family holiday"

Quiet place. Away from the crowd. Nice swimming pool. Has a private beach. The unit is a clean and well-equipped kitchen. High quality built with comfortable bed and sofa. It is recommended for family holiday. Masterbed room has King size bed and 2nd bedroom has Queen size bed

The lighting is a little dim. Some lamps or lights do not work. Smart TV is slow. The master bedroom toilet handheld shower head holder is spoiled.

Really nice property that made for a very comfortable stay. Loved the xl bed and slept really well.

Some confusion on entry as these are rented apartments and the staff simply manage the area and grounds. Ensure you have all information to access the property before entry or you won’t be allowed in.

"The good, bad and the ugly!"

The space, location, facilities.

I really don't know whether it was the staff at the reception or the admin at booking.com or the owner of the flat who dropped the ball; but checking in was a nightmare. Check in time was 2pm and I had sent reminders before leaving for the property too. The instructions were that the keys were at the reception and I had a booking code and PIN. But the reception refused to honor it and kept asking for owner name and flat number which I didn't have. In the end I called the number listed and I got the details after 30 minutes of drama. The flat was not ready and it took another hour of the maid asking me to wait before she would let me in. However after this initial hiccup my stay was wonderful and I would like to stay again but only if the check in drama is resolved! Please do provide the reception and the guest with all the necessary details before they check in

"Great place for those seeking for quite and peaceful holiday"

The property as whole has many bonuses as pools, beach, shuttle and many more

Some minor issues which do not affect the overall stay, like fixing the shower plumbing, bigger drying rack. Guy at the reception- Russian- he is the most terrible and impolite receptionist we ever seen in our life, he also trends to discriminate people by nationality. Nothing personal and also in common with the host
