We appreciate the fruits provided and the welcome greeting.

The liquid hand wash was not provided that we ended up using the shower wash which was not expected.

As soon as we walked in, we were hit by a musky, damp smell. Our towels were stained with orange/brown marks and there were little insects all over kitchen. We were provided only one roll of toilet paper for 2 nights. Our host was unresponsive and accused us of having more than 2 people staying, so they sent a thai 'maid' who came in to suss out whether we had indeed more than 2 people staying there, which we clearly did not. We didn't feel comfortable with her in our apartment so we told her we didn't need cleaning. I messaged the host and asked them to tell the maid to leave the clean towels outside. When we got back, the towels were inside despite us having locked the door. This all made us feel very unsafe and we took our valuables with us just in case.

Small things that don't work in the apartment..TV remote no battery,table lamp lights not working, musty smell upon entry to apartment, shower head height adjustment spoilt etc

Nice location. Comfortable condo.

There were a lot of ants in the apartment. The host was the worst I have ever met. He sent me the cleaning once and then stopped responding.
