Very well appointed. Had truly everything you could need.

The beds weren’t that comfortable. I felt some back ache by the end of the trip.

Comfy communal space and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to facilitate our family with 3 generations. The kitchen is also well equipped and convenient to get to the town.

The service and communication is off, not well organized. We arrived an hour before checkin time and noticed they completely haven’t cleaned from the last stay. I texted them and they said they will have it ready by our checkin time (4pm) so we went to have dinner and came back and it was still dirty. They eventually delivered us whole bunch clean sheets and towels and we had to try to pair change sheets for 3 bedrooms ourselves the first night. The CS is apologetic and trying to help but if they are more organized, this wouldn’t have been avoided and not stress out my family the first night of our holiday.

Great location, bigger apartment than I’d envisaged, very comfortable. Could do with a kettle but guess that’s a British thing!

Very bad communication and very impolite personnel Challenge with using Danish credit and debit cards (we tried 4 different) for the deposit - a challenge that could not be solved by the Danish bank. Pick up keys took 2 hours!

Unfortunately we came at 10:50 pm and the access code wasn’t working. The guess services employee, (I forget her name) she was in training and she did awesome. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to send me another code so there were no way we could go in. Adding up to this, It was really cold that night, we were super tired of travelling and we had to stay in our car for over an hour before the manager send another code!! Getting a room that expensive and not being able to go in for that long is a terrible experience. I asked the employee to tell the manager to call me the next day to discuss about the situation and he never did. I’m really disappointed on how they take care of their customers. I sincerely don’t recommend that place.
