Great location, plenty of space

The apartment has an amazing balcony with a great view however you cant spend any time out there as there is no outdoor furniture.

Location perfect. Big unit

We had one car spot. Unit 3 parked 1 car spot in correct spot. Then extra car behind us. It was a nightmare getting car in and out. Getting into car park one night we waited 20 minutes. I mentioned it to lady and she said she did not want to park outside as visitor area full and she wanted her car safe. The inconvenience of this situation, will make me reconsider staying in future.

The efficient way the letting agency dealt with our complaints even though it was Easter weekend.

No furniture provided on the 2 balconies & the balconies could do with a clean. No official parking space for our 2nd car so we parked it in the Visitor parking space.

"Comfortable apartment."

Missed having a BBQ available and outdoor furniture on the balcony. A few globes did not work. As there was only one parking spot, it was a bit hard for our other two vehicles.

Spacious, washing machine and dryer

Grubby, poorly maintained, poor quality fittings, bright in bedroom making it difficult to sleep due to ill fitting vertical blinds, broken garage remote, lack of furniture on huge balcony, view was mainly of neon-signed woollies supermarket and fitness centre rather than nambucca river as shown in listing
