El apartamento es precioso y bien equipado. Muy buena ubicación.

Es una lástima el mal mantenimiento de las duchas. Quiero pensar que están esperando a que acabe de secar para arreglarlo. Hace que baje bastante la valoración y es una lástima porque el resto es impecable! Revisar también la apertura de los armarios, al final se romperán las puertas de unos armarios/vestidores de muy buena calidad

La situació excel·lent , l'apartament és molt maco, ampli i còmode.

EL check in , vaig demanar poder-lo fer entre les 12 i les 13h perquè portàvem un nadó i m'ho van acceptar però a l'anar a recollir les claus ens van dir que el check in era les 16 h, es van haver de fer 3 trucades perquè ho autoritzessin . Els lavabos estan una mica vells, cisterna que no funcionava , manpares que no tanquen correctament i les pèrdues d'aigua arriben al passadís. A la cuina la campana no funcionava.

ES NECESARIO ARREGLAR LOS DOS CUARTOS DE BAÑO. AMBAS DUCHAS NECESITAN INTERVENCION. LOS PLATOS DE LAS DOS ESTAN ROTOS Y DESMERECEN EL ESTADO IMPECABLE DEL RESTO DE LA CASA. ADEMAS, LA MAMPARA DE UNO DE LOS BAÑOS ESTA ROTA Y ABRIR Y CERRAR LA PUERTA ES COMPLICADO.

中心地のど真ん中にあり、徒歩圏内で色々なところに行けて最高のロケーション。一階がパン屋なので、毎朝新鮮なバゲットで朝食も。室内は清潔で十分なスペースあり。街中にもかかわらず夜は十分しずか。

シャワーブースが古く、扉の建て付けや床のサビ、割れが気になった。 鍵の受け取りがうまく行かず、電話での問い合わせが必要だったのが不便。

Centrale ligging dichtbij het oude centrum en het strand. Ruim appartement met veel slaapkamers en grote woonkamer. Schoon appartement.

Het onderhoud van het appartement: de douchewand en douchekop zijn niet meer goed gemonteerd. Barsten in de douchebak. Een glazen douchewand schuift niet meer. Deuren van de kastenwanden in de slaapkamers schuiven niet meer goed open/dicht. Zichtbare plekken van eerdere lekkages van de douchecabines op de muur in de gang. Communicatie: de email met de instructies was pas een dag van tevoren gestuurd, en werd niet duidelijk in de berichten op booking.com naar verwezen. Voor mij kwam dit pas tijdens onze reisdag waardoor we de instructies pas zagen nadat we met veel moeite na bellen de sleutelautomaat hadden gevonden. Wellicht een tip om deze instructies via email eerder te sturen, en duidelijker naar verwijzen in de berichtgeving via booking.com.

Great location, right by the bridge that takes you to old town. There is also a nearby beach. Neighborhood is lively and feels more local. Lots of restaurants, groceries, cafes nearby. The apartment itself is very spacious with large rooms and a living area, great for a group of friends or family.

The apartment feels a bit rundown, the bathroom fixtures are quite old and were a bit dirty, especially the shower. The walls in the common areas and hallway were also dirty and looked like there was mold. The apartment looks a lot newer and cleaner in the photos on the listing. It was also lacking in amenities like hand soap, shower gel, etc. in the bathrooms and hand soap and dish towels in the kitchen. The host is not responsive at all, I had asked if possible to do a late-check out but they never responded.
