I loved the thoughtful little things like, coffee, laundry powder. Very homely touches, which meant after travelling i didnt have to race to the shops to by these things as soon as we arrived.

comfortable beds, great that it had a bath for the kids.

would be good if it had some split systems as it gets hot very quickly & only has fans. The stairs aren’t ideal for kids & wouldn’t be good for older people either.

The location was good, easy access to everything, it was great to get some washing done, plenty of room. We also accidently left behind some important things and they were very quick to let us know and help get them returned, so thank you for that,

I would have like to known it was a 2 story apartment, having trouble with stairs made the upstairs area difficult to access and for small children there was no protection rail at the top of the stairs, so forever fearful they would fall. Also, we can see your updating the property which is great, but no window coverings at the rear of the apartment was a little unsettling. Just a recommendation, traveller's don't like colored sheets and colored towels, understand your being eco friendly, but knowing your sheets and towels are washed in cold water and not professionally cleaned, you might want to look at.
