The property had no unit number so I had to ask another tenant where no. 24 was. was given very confusing instructions on how to get into the property and even the wrong lock code. It looked like previous tenants had just left. Unit not very clean.

great location to shops at settlement point, short walking distance to panthers, Westport clubs and the marina, shared complex swimming pool, beds were very comfortable.

stairs very narrow and steep which is not elderly or kid friendly and not stipulated in accommodation description , dishwasher did not work , upstairs bunk room glass balcony door was unlocked on arrival and would not lock properly to secure the property when we left the property. missing some essential kitchen cooking utensils. No air conditioning.

Great to have washing facilities, location was great

very dated and run down. paint chipped off walls, no bathroom or kids bedroom fan. fine for 1 night but not somewhere you’d want to spend much time. very overpriced for the condition of place

Finding wet bed linen on a rack in the living area.

Location was good, walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

Bathroom upstairs has an issue with basin having hot water coming out of the cold tap. Very annoying when cleaning teeth and quite dangerous for the young children staying with us. The front glass panels on the left hand side as you approach the building are being held in place by rotten timber and potentially hazardous.
