La climatización es magnífica, la limpieza muy bien, la decoración preciosa. Menaje muy completo. Amplio, bonito, nuevo, bien aislado. Muy bien de precio. El check in online bien explicado

Mi colchón estaba hundido por el centro. El sofá un poco incómodo. Las llaves hay que ir a recogerlas a un lugar que está a 3-4 minutos. Check in a las 16 horas, demasiado tarde.

buenos dias no tuve wifi hasta el ultimo dia no me solucionaron el problema me mandaron una red distinta y el ultimo dia me di cuenta que estaba detras de la puerta de entrada me causo mucho problema no tener wifi durante tres dias un saludo

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch sehr nah am Meer mit Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe

Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel und der allgemeine Wohnbereich sehr klein. Am schlimmsten fanden wir aber den Geruch in einem der Bäder. Es stank extrem nach Abfluss und als wir Bescheid sagten, bekamen wir keine Rückmeldung oder Hilfe. Dadurch dass das Bad im Schlafzimmer war, war das wirklich unangenehm. Schließlich beschlossen wir, die Unterkunft zu wechseln, erhielten jedoch kein Geld zurück. Das ist kein guter Kundenservice!

Spare bathroom for each room, very clean, well located apartment

Lack of reactiveness when seeking help for check-in (they’d share the details but could not find them). The landlord agreed to extend the checkout for free if I left a positive comment. I don’t think they needed to ask for this as the flat is great and it would probably not make a huge difference for them to extend a couple more hours

Ho scelto questo appartamento per la seconda volta, per il prezzo, la posizione, la comodità di avere un bagno per ogni stanza. Il ritiro delle chiavi, contrariamente al passato, è stato predisposto in un punto molto più vicino all'appartamento e abbiamo apprezzato questo cambio. L'appartamento sempre molto pulito e con tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno.

Aggiungerei biancheria per la cucina (asciugapiatti)

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario cuidando hasta el último detalle para que la estancia supere con creces las expectativas. Charo es una mujer muy amable siempre dispuesta a ayudar y nos recomendó muchísimas cosas que no nos podiamos perder, fué de una ayuda increible para sacarle el mayor partido a nuestras vacaciones.
