The check involved a trip across town with limited information and no proper address in the building. Basque Stay were rude and unhelpful about the checkin. The A C didn’t work despite attempts to fix it and we were woken by drilling and hammering most mornings. It was an absolute disaster.

The hosts seem to do the bare minimum. You have to walk about 20 minutes from the unit to pick up the keys at a lock box, which was clearly communicated ahead of time but still annoying when luggage is involved. There is also minimal communication about the unit and how things work. I think the host organization can do a lot more to make you feel valued

ESThis stay exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, many restaurants downstairs, the beach is 1 block away. The apartment was one of the largest I've ever rented, and the AC in each bedroom was a major bonus. The kitchen is well equipped. My only suggestion would be to add a Keurig or some type of machine. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend the apartment.
