Kimu - Basque Stay

The key collection was surprisingly easy, but to get the luggage to the apt, with the parking 550 m away was very difficult. Luckily we were 4 people, so 2 could watch luggage on pavement and other 2 could find parking garage. I would recommend warning people before that check in is not straight forward.

The location, the secure parking, the space in the apartment. Two bathrooms was a luxury and the place was very quiet despite being right in the town centre.

The apartment was not very clean. Some of the limited utensils / glasses were dirty and needed to be cleaned. You will.need to bring your own oil, salt and pepper, dishwasher tablets, coffee machine filter papers, etc, etc. It just felt penny pinching - there wasn't even a corkscrew!

Uncomfortable beds and sofa , no coffee filter , any essential like sugar and salt , soap , you can’t contact company by phone if you have a out of country phone

The apt had all the amneties and looked very new. Very spacious

The TV did not work for the whole time. I contacted the host number 3 times and got hung up on, another did not answer. I sent an email and have not received a response.

Good location for the beach however, not for the bars/restaurants Large apartment

Clean, modern apartment with great kitchen and bathroom amenities.

Apartment key pick-up in different part of the city with no parking was a hassle. No air conditioning made for warm and muggy nights. Location was noisy (traffic, parties), making it difficult to open windows at night. We were double charged for our stay, which still hasn’t been addressed after two messages to the host.

Very complicated remote place to get the keys, parking available but some 500 away, not very clearly explained where is what ( which door is the apartment, where is garage) Not even cheap coffee machine in the apartment.
