Kimu - Basque Stay

Beautiful, comfortable, light airy great location. Handy for shops, bakeries and beach.

It was difficult to find the building to pick up the keys. It is in the centre of the city within a complicated one way system. A map with the location on would be useful. A reminder of the floor to exit garage on and picture of what the door looks like from the inside would be useful.

We enjoyed this spacious, clean and modern accommodation. Location was excellent, close to beach, restaurants, cafes and famous walk in San Sebastian. Comfy beds and living areas. Was useful to have washing machine and complimentary soap was appreciated. 😊

It would be good to have a few complimentary coffee / tea sachets for arrival and settling in. Also a dish rack and tea towel would be recommended. Thank you.

Beautiful, spacious & well equipped apartment, located close to Ondaretta Beach & a 30 minute walk to old town/ city centre. It has a covered car park space (in another building). Everything was very clean & the lighting was great. I would stay here again but there are some disadvantages (see below).

Very noisy at night (traffic). This was manageable with the windows closed + use of ear plugs. In summer this would be challenging, as there is no air conditioning. The distance to the car park would be a difficulty for some (fine for us). Google maps takes you to the EXIT gate of the car park. Your key & zapper open this gate & there is NOTHING to indicate it is the EXIT! Fortunately a helpful local stopped us entering and directed us to the entrance, which is on a completely different street! Collecting the apartment keys is tricky, due to location and lack of parking. Similar issues at check out. The apartment is not cheap but it was probably worth the money.
