The check in process was clearly communicated via e-mail. The room size and amenities were spacious and comfortable. The distant view from the balcony is pretty.

On arrival - towels were evidently used, soiled and damp. On second day garden was covered in manure fertilizer that blew down the entire internal passage and under door of room. We had to clean room up ourselves. On arrival, enquired about late check-out from host representative, who said she was not really the host. No further feedback was provided on the request. Noise levels from surrounding apartments, gardeners and persons visiting the nearby 'Happy Valley' area were at times loud. 24 hrs before check-out received an essay via email, reminding us to: Clean apartment, and place rubbish into main dirt bins outside. Whilst apartment, which is unserviced unless a paid service is separately requested, was generally kept clean - we had not factored into our dash exit (cost penalty incurred if check-out time is exceeded by minutes), the fact that we had to empty dustbins and have the management send someone to check the property before we could lock up.

When we got there the room was dirty and it looks like someone just left. We had to be moved to another accomodation which was more beautiful but further from where we initially booked and could not really do what we wanted but we stayed.

The location was very convenient, close to the beach, restaurants and Boardwalk Mall.

They used too much Tile Cleaner to clean the floor. Couldn't walk barefoot and shoes made marks because of the excess tile cleaner used.

room overflowed early hours of Sunday morning, due to geyser which burst in a room above. Left very early because of this.
