Anexo Ipanema

The apartment was very nice – well-equipped with everything you might need, beautifully decorated, and full of color. Its location is perfect: just a 7-minute walk to Ipanema Beach, with a supermarket right next to the building and plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafés along the main street. The building felt very secure, and both the host and the security staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful.

The only downside was the noise. The apartment has very poor sound isolation, so you can hear almost everything going on inside the building and outside. During our stay, there was also construction and workers in the backyard, right where the apartment windows face, which made it especially noisy. That was the only negative aspect of an otherwise great stay.

Apartamento situado en el bajo próximo al hall de entrada. Se oye todo lo que pasa en el pasillo cuando duermes en el sofá cama del salón.

Buena ubicación, limpio, cómodo

The location is excellent. We walked to the beach and took trains and buses for other touristic activities outside Ipanema. The owner is very polite and helpful. The apartment was very clean.
