Apartamentos San Marcial 28

The apartment was fine and had everything we needed and the location in the city was good and central, within easy reach of everything.

There is major refurbishment works going on both inside the apartment building and to the building immediately across the street. This was very noisy during working hours. We are disappointed that the owners did not tell us about these works. I would imagine that these works will last for a few months more, possibly all of 2026.

Mooi, modern ingericht appartement in het centrum van San Sebastian. Op loopafstand van het strand en alle bezienswaardigheden. Erg fijn. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Location is great and apartment is well equipped with everything you need.

The location is very good, but there is a renovation going on downstairs and there was constant noise while we were there. By the looks of things this will continue for some time. We weren’t warned about this in advance and when we raised it our host was unable to do anything.

Great location in a very nice part of town. Perfect for centro food options and shopping, markets & parking very close. Few minutes walk to the beach and old town. Cross a bridge over the river to the Gros in a few minutes too. Condition of the apartment is very good. Good closets, kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes, etc. Air Conditioning!!, thank goodness - there was an atypical heat wave for San Sebastian. Felt very comfortable in the space.

The mattresses were average. Wish there had been a pillow case on the extra pillow.

Lovely apartment with great facilities. The location is excellent within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants etc.
