If you are looking for location in San Sebastián as your primary factor, this property cannot be beat. Local parking very nearby. Shops, restaurants abound. Taxi stand close by to avoid moving the car during the stay. Walk to the beach. Easy entry to building with code. Elevator available. Good temperature control.

Wifi speed was so slow we either created hotspots from our phones or latched onto to free wifi available at some of the local merchants downstairs who had high speed internet. It is one thing very important to our stay. Have used Booking.com for > 12 apartments in Europe and this one was easy to identify as an investment property. Very basic amenities. Careful entering/exiting the main shower. Floor can be very slippery after use. Second shower door in second bathroom very difficult to open/close.

Location - ONLY IF the noisy Building site was not there. AVIOD this place until at least 2028. The host should disclose this significant disruption at time of booking so you can cancel and book somewhere else. We felt badly treated and let down. We were here for 8 nights - it was HELL and the host did nothing to assist us. You could not be inside the apartment during the day and we had to walk around all day just to stay sane. I have videos of the noise levels but can’t upload

A massive construction site right outside the window. Unbearable and unhealthy levels of noise constantly and a host that did not declare this prior to our arrival, and ignored the issue when raised. We made a formal complaint to Booking.com who did reply with a €50 credit on the €1300 stay. But the host walked away without having to compensate us which is not acceptable. BEWARE of this place. There were numerous other issues that are insignificant in comparison to the noise, such as leaking shower, broken chair, etc. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE the building work is significant and will be ongoing for years.!!!!!

There were nice high ceilings in this very comfortable and spacious apartment. It was in a great location for the beach, shops, and there was a large supermarket nearby. It was also not too far from the bus station.

The pillows were a little thin.

Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer..

Water temperature in shower was difficult control Shower was hot or cold. Warm does not exist.
