O Chuveiro, a agua quente não funcionava bem!

A localização é ótima. Portaria inteligente e funcionario muito simpático. Td perto e a poucos minutos da praia e bons restaurantes.

Chuveiro as vezes oscila a temperatura da água. A limpeza poderia ser melhor e a troca da roupa de cama e banho mais vezes.

Tamanho suficiente para duas pessoas! Limpo! Eficiente na entrega das chaves! Comunicação excelente

Nice Shower. Proximity to Ipanema and beach.

The host is a very unprofessional person. He had turned off the TV open cable TV the 2nd day after my arrival; and as I was here for 10 days I wanted to watch Tv. To reconnect was a struggle. He communicates via whatsapp and then writes in the platform for booking.com to see something different. Not an honest and transparent approach. The apt is divided into to two separate units. Depending who is renting the other property you are subject to noise and traffic. For example, if someone rings a bell; it goes to both units. There is NO security doer at this building after 8pm; so it is easy free flow traffic of people entering the building. The favela is on the street behind. Nothing happened to me but it is not the safest protocol I have encountered in Rio during many previous stays.

Beautiful independent apartment on a lively central street between Ipanema and Copacabana. 5-star availability from the host. Great restaurants nearby. Not to be missed

Very nice studio few meters from the Ipanema beach and metro. Very clean functionnal and secured. All needed shops are within reach and Martin is really responsive and nice. Thank you I will come again !
