"Exceptional"

Everything was like advertised. Very practical apartment. Everything was working fine. Location was perfect, two blocks away from the best part of Ipanema Beach. The metro station was just across the front door. Communication with the owner was great and fast

"Location is second to none for an all round visit in Rio"

The location of the apartment was perfect - walking distance to Ipanema beach; the metro station and taxi stand are downstairs; supermarkets, great restaurants, local bars and coffee options all within 2 minutes. The water pressure of the shower is brilliant! The host was fantastic - simple, easy instructions and access to the apartment without any problems.

The bed was a bit soft for my personal preference but is comfortable. For guests who may need silence to sleep, music from the bar downstairs may be an issue. We had no problems and rather enjoyed the liveliness!

"It was fantastic, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!"

The property was centrally located in Ipanema, yards from the Metro, and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very modern, chic and extremely clean. I had all of the privacy that I needed, and the landlord was super cool. The Bose soundock was cool, and he also had cable as well as Apple TV.

What could be a concern for some is that there can be noise coming from the street level. I am a sound sleeper, so it didn’t bother me.
