A locaçização é exelente, a poucos metros da praia de Coapacabana (Posto 5), como supermercados, restaurantes e cafeterias proximos. A anfitriã foi muito solicita e atenciosa.

Por ser em um andar baixo e em uma rua movimentada, há muito barulho e musica alta até tarde.

La ubicación es excelente.

Sucio y despreocupación en la implementación del espacio: cortinas con hongos y sucias. Sábanas, cubrecolchón y toallas de mala calidad. Utensilios de cocina en mal estado. Refrigerador oxidado en su interior. Una especie de closet lleno de cosas inservibles y desordenadas.Ventanas en mal estado (baño y dormitorio) que no permiten la aislación del ruido exterior ni la eficiencia del aire acondicionado. Poca aislación al ruido exterior para descansar.

"Hermoso departamento y ubicación."

La ubicación es perfecta a una cuadra de la playa.. y muy cómodo. Tiene seguridad las 24 hs con un portero y es muy seguro.

Es una zona de restaurantes muy concurrida por lo tanto lo hace un poco ruidosa al momento de descansar. Pero entiendo que es ajeno al departamento.
