The Salt Flat - Salt Lake City

The location was excellent for our stay as we were attending a concert at the Delta Center 2 blocks away so could walk to the venue. The locked/gated parking was a security plus for our stay. The bed was comfortable. The Flat was well stocked in the kitchen.

The Flat had not been well cleaned.. There was hair in the bathroom sink from the previous occupants. There was animal hair on the headboard of the bed. There was a dirty wash cloth left on the bedroom floor from previous use. The water dispenser on the kitchen sink is not connected to the counter so hard to use. The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was having problems and the sink would not drain well and there was dirty water that came back up into the sink from the disposal side of the double sink. The TVs said they had guides as to how to use them but we found no guide for either TV. Had to plug the TV in and unplug it to get it to come on and off. Dirt from long time not being thoroughly cleaned in the bathroom and in the main bedroom.

Place was not clean at check in. I waited an hour and the cancelled.

Terrible ,loud noise from buidling and street, dirty and filthy and bad customer service and response time Terrible buidling and apt,loud noise from buidling and street, dirty and filthy and bad customer service and response time . Worst place i have ever been in 40 yrs of executive career. Arrived to this place and the building looks creepy, not well maintained. Room was dirty , towels with stains , iron not working ,closet looked like a warehouse place with harldy place to add /hang anything, noisy AC. Noise from the street feels literally like they are inside the room .No isolation of noise whatsoever. Couldnt sleep for 2 consecutive days. When i complained to the managers they responded with delays , sometimes would respond totally differently/conflicting than the other responses i received from another rep without even mentioning the name of the rep .communication was terrible . I complained about the dirty towels and i got an answer" the stains are indeed there but the towel is clean(!!!!). i complained about dirty room they said they can send someone to clean but they dont have a cleaner on site... until this morning *48hrs later) no one came. I complained about the iron not working and that i have to iron my working clothes ...although they said they will replace it... after 8 hrs of their answer i asked about it again ...i got a response - there is a steamer(!!!) use it ....regarding the noise they said "its the city and thats normal ...really ???? no isolation whatsoever. i asked to move and leave the place because they didnt fix any of my requests after 48hrs and they refused to suggest any partial refund whatsoever...always reponding late and conflicting reponses... i left the place 3 days ahead of time and guess what... im in an hotel in the center of downtown 500 meters from the place and my room has no noise at all and great noise isolation ! the list goes on and on and the pics attached speaks for themselves....

The apartment is spacious and cozy, fully equipped. Located conveniently in downtown.

Very large, comfortable space with stylish furniture and appliances.

Dusty bathroom and bedroom not cleaned thoroughly. No coffee. The building had major problems—elevator was broken the entire time and the water was during daylight hours. There problems were unacceptable and I would not recommend this place.
