The Salt Flat - Salt Lake City

Great location for a short stay in Salt Lake City. Free secured parking is a plus.

All over cleanliness could be improved a bit.

Instructions were very clear. Large apartment and decor was wonderful. Comfortable couch and bed. Huge TV's! Top quality full kitchen with appliances. Fantastic neighborhood with great restaurants, park, open air mall nearby. Secure dedicated parking spot in lot. People staying there left non perishables in fridge, cupboard (by door) and bathroom. Friendly and convenient!

Elevator wasn't working (or we didn't have access). High ceilings, so walking up to 3rd floor with bags was a pain. Hot water ran out on second shower. No response on questions to property managers via booking.com chat.

The condo was beautiful! Very spacious, fully stacked with dishes, towels, soaps, even some toiletries, and pretty much all you need. The condo was extremely comfortable and clean! And a 5 minute walk to the convention center which is what we needed.

The elevator was broken the entire 5 day stay. We had to use the stairs every time even with our luggage and after being reported on day 1. I sent multiple messages to the property manager/host and never received one response. No instructions on where to take the trash out so I had a bag full of stinky trash inside for 5 days. Again, reported and no response. No check out instructions as well.

It was a cool renovated warehouse and space with a good location for my travels.

It was not easy to get in. The rental property team needs to give better instructions for door access, apt location and exiting the parking garage area. Plus I had to wait 15 mins after check in time (4 pm) for cleaners to finish up. The cleaners were a family, although they were nice, all I wanted to do was relax after a long day of travel and meetings. There was also gold glitter on LR carpet and some trash left behind.

Really cute apartment with a great location if you’re going to the Delta Center.

Bathroom could use a deep clean, not enough towels provided and no washcloths. Upstairs neighbor is a bit noisy and there was some street noise. Also needed more pillows and the ones that were provided definitely need to be replaced.

Location was great, architecture, and comfort.

It didn't feel as clean as it could have been (bathroom mainly).

The cleanliness is not up to par.

It was so spacious! Felt very comfortable and had a homey type feel. Location was excellent and the gated parking lot made me feel very safe.

The instructions to get to the apartment was simple, an elevator is available too which is really great since the room was in 3rd floor. There are just so many doors to get to the unit but you just have to open those doors as long as there’s no unit number on it Ofcourse. The whole apartment was great I liked it. Cutleries are available it’s really an apartment you can experience in the sLC in short! Great! The toilet area , shower was just fine for me , compared to other posted comments from previous reviews. When I used it was working well. :) very close to the stake house and delta Center which my main appointment was ! So great location!

Hopefully Sound proof , I can hear my neighbours loud music from the living area. Can hear the noises from the street from the bedroom. TV selection , program or the remote was not working in the bedroom area. But other than that highly recommended! :)
